Terms of Service
What this website is, what it is not, and how the work itself is governed. Short, plain, and honest about which document actually controls your job.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Southern New Hampshire HVAC Services LLC, a family owned heating and cooling contractor working out of Windham, New Hampshire. Using snhhvacservices.com means these terms apply to that use.
Anything unclear here gets answered by a person. Call (603) 571-7100 or write to brian@snhhvacservices.com.
What this website is
This site explains what this business does, who does it, and how to get in touch. It is written to answer the questions homeowners in southern New Hampshire actually arrive with.
It is general information about heating and cooling equipment, not a diagnosis of your system and not professional advice about your house. A real recommendation for your house comes after somebody opens the panel and looks at it.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and submitting a form does not create a contract or book a visit on its own. A visit is booked when a person confirms it with you.
Estimates, prices and scheduling
Estimates on installations and replacements are free. On a repair call, the visit starts by finding out what is actually wrong, and you hear the price before any work begins.
Any figure or range published anywhere on this site is general market information carrying its own source and date. It is never a quote for your job. The price for your job is the price written on your estimate or your invoice, and that is the document that governs it.
If you need to move or cancel a scheduled visit, call and it gets rescheduled. Where different terms apply to a specific job, those terms appear in writing on the estimate for that job before any work starts.
Emergency service
Emergency service runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year. For anything urgent, calling reaches somebody faster than the form does.
Availability is real and the phone rings on the technician's phone. What you get on that call is a straight answer about how soon somebody can be at your house for the situation you are describing.
Licensing and the work performed
Brian Chesney holds New Hampshire Gas License GF1910596, New Hampshire Oil Heating Technician License HT2300476, and EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant work. Both state license numbers are on the public register and are yours to check.
The work is residential, across Windham and the towns listed on this site. Permits are pulled and inspections are scheduled where the work requires them, and that time is part of the schedule you are given up front.
Work that falls outside those licenses gets referred to somebody licensed for it rather than attempted.
Text messages
The contact form carries two separate, independent, default unchecked text message consents: one for messages about your job, and one for seasonal reminders. Both are optional.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and Southern New Hampshire HVAC Services LLC is the sender.
Reviews you submit
Your words stay yours. Submitting a review through the public path on this site gives permission to publish it here with your first name and your town, and nothing more than that.
Brian reads every submission before anything is published. Ratings collected here are never combined into a displayed average, a badge or a score, and a rating of three stars or below reaches Brian only and is never published.
Ask for a published review to be removed and it comes down.
Submitting something you did not write, or a review of work this business did not perform, is the one thing that gets a submission discarded.
Rebate and tax credit information
Rebate and tax credit figures on this site, including NHSaves cold climate heat pump amounts and the expired federal 25C credit, were accurate as of July 30, 2026 and carry their dates where they appear.
These programs change, and sometimes they end. Confirm current terms at nhsaves.com or with the administering program before you budget around a number. None of it is tax advice, and your accountant is the right person for that part.
Photographs and site content
The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to this business. Every before and after pair published here is a photograph of work this business actually performed, taken on site.
Reproducing content from this site somewhere else requires permission. Ask, and the answer is usually yes.
Links to other websites
This site links to places such as the New Hampshire license register, the NHSaves program, Google and Facebook. Those sites are run by other people and their content and terms are their own.
Warranties
Equipment carries whatever manufacturer warranty comes with the equipment installed, and the paperwork for it is handed to you.
The terms covering labour on your job are stated on your written estimate or invoice for that job. Those documents govern the work, not this page.
The website itself is provided as it is. It is kept accurate and available with real effort, and no promise is made that it is free of errors or never interrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent New Hampshire law allows, liability arising from the use of this website is limited to what you would have lost by not being able to use it, which is nothing.
This clause covers the website. It does not limit anything to do with the work performed at your house, which is governed by your written estimate or invoice and by New Hampshire law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
