    If a unit is able to be repaired and if doing so is cost effective for the customer, then a repair will be our first recommendation.

    A twenty year old boiler is not automatically a boiler that needs replacing, and a great many five figure quotes are answered by a circulator, an aquastat or a good cleaning.

What towns do you serve?
Windham, Salem, Derry, Londonderry, Pelham, Hudson and Litchfield most often, plus Atkinson, Manchester, Auburn, Chester, Hampstead, Bedford and more of southern New Hampshire. It is a deliberately tight core radius, because that is what makes it possible to answer an emergency call at two in the morning and actually get there. If your town is not listed, call and ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and the numbers are published rather than described. NH Gas License GF1910596 covers natural gas and propane. NH Oil Heating Technician License HT2300476 covers oil fired equipment. EPA Section 608 certification covers refrigerant work. The business is fully insured, and all three credentials can be verified with the State of New Hampshire.
Do you work on both gas and oil?
Both, under separate state licenses. That matters in southern New Hampshire because the region is genuinely split between natural gas, propane and oil, sometimes street by street, and a lot of contractors here are licensed for only one. There is also six years of oil company ownership behind the oil side.
Should I repair my system or replace it?
It depends on what failed, what that repair costs against a new system, and what condition the rest of the unit is in. A control board, circulator, aquastat or ignition module on an otherwise sound boiler is almost always worth repairing. A cracked heat exchanger or a leaking section is where the answer flips. In this company's own words, if a unit is able to be repaired and if doing so is cost effective for the customer, then a repair will be our first recommendation.

We service all makes and models, on heating and on cooling, gas and oil. That includes equipment other companies have declined to touch because they only sell one manufacturer.
How often should my system be cleaned?
Once a year for anything that burns fuel, which is a safety matter as much as an efficiency one. Mini splits, heat pumps and central air also want annual attention. August through October is the right window for heating equipment and spring is right for cooling.
